District 3 is a sprawling district of 7,403 square miles that
includes all of Western Pima County and is larger than
the state of Connecticut. The majority of this district
is rural and comprises over 83% of Pima County.
District 3 is the only Pima County Supervisorial District that has international border. In fact, it has about 131 miles of international border! This causes unique policy dilemmas in District 3 that do not occur in the other districts. * Square miles: 7,403
* Number of Native American Reservations: 1
